OAKLAND COUNTY, MI — Oakland County Executive Dave Coulter will deliver his 2021 State of the County address virtually on Wednesday, county officials said in a news release this week. Coulter's speech will be delivered at 7 p.m. from Stagecrafters at the Baldwin Theater in Royal Oak. The speech will focus on the resilience of Oakland County residents, employees and businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic, according to the news release. Coulter also will look ahead to how his administration plans to build in the future and the county's priorities in using the $244 million it was allocated through the American Rescue Plan.
