Good Evening, I am looking for a handyman for my new rental property with quick turn around times. I will need the job started next Saturday May 22 and hopefully completed by Sunday May 23rd. I will likely be supplying all of the major materials and would like for you to provide me with an estimate for labor. Please email or text me quote !! 1. Install 10-year sealed battery operated smoke/CO detectors on each level (3) in total. *Needs to be installed in basement, 1st floor, & 2nd floor. *There are already smoke detectors in place but need to be changed to 10-yr device. 2. Install smoke detectors in all bedrooms (3). *Installed in each bedroom=3 total 3. Install exterior 6ft - 8ft handrail on stairs inside cellar. 4. Remove all chipped paint inside cellar outside room. **SEE VIDEO of SPACE 5. Paint entire cellar room with outdoor masonry paint. 6. Adjust downspout extensions to drain 6 feet from foundation. * #2 Total 7. Reinforce waterproof seal around outside cellor door.
