WORCESTER, MA — State and local police arrested a 21-year-old Worcester man on Monday in connection to an April double-shooting in the downtown area. Worcester police and members of the state police fugitive task force went to Stafford Street on Monday after getting a tip that suspect Angel Garrastegui might in the area. They arrested him outside a store there, police said. On the night of April 10, Worcester police went to a home along John Street, where they found two men with gunshot wounds. Police found a third man who had been beaten, and surmised that shooting broke out during an argument. Worcester police arrested Troy Morvan, 25, that same night after Morvan went to a hospital with injuries from a fight. He was charged with two counts of armed assault to murder and weapons charges. Garrastegui was arrested on two counts of armed assault with intent to murder, assault and battery with a firearm and various gun charges. The two men shot on April 10 survived, police said.
