I need a large room built inside my commercial space. 48 feet x 20 feet, 10 feet high ceiling. One dividing wall evenly down the center. The build out area has a celling about 20 feet high. The celling of the rooms must be able to support the weight of a person working on top (for installing hvac only). Framing, drywall, and paint. No exterior drywall/plywood. The center dividing wall needs drywall on both sides. No insulation, two doors, no windows, no wiring. Please send me the total estimate including materials.
