You will be responsible for the daily maintenance of laundry rooms, grounds, building exterior and walkways at several buildings in the Ellwood area of Goleta. Working with a team at the direction of the maintenance supervisor, job responsibilities include cleaning laundry equipment, floors and windows, maintaining trash-free grounds and parking lots, cleaning lights and building walls and occasionally painting / assisting with other maintenance tasks. You must be able follow instructions and to work without constant supervision. Mornings from 8 to 12. $16 to start with a raise to $18 after 90 days.
