Commercial Cleaning - medical facility (offices/exam rooms, etc.) Moon Twp, 15108 McKees Rocks, 15136 **10 minute drive apart** Friday & Saturday - 1.5 hours PER clean START TIME = earliest start time can be 8:45pm and latest start time can be 12 midnight FLAT RATE = $475/month (averages to approx. $18-20/hour) ***If you want 3 days/week that can be discussed; paid a higher rate*** JOB DUTIES: Floors - vacuum, dust mop, wet mop (remove all dust debris throughout) Bathrooms - full clean Garbage - remove throughout entire facility Dusting - dust all horizontal surfaces, baseboards, etc. Stocking - stock paper products and soaps throughout AREAS: Exam rooms - wipe down, pull garbage, stock, floors Kitchen - wipe down, pull garbage, stock, floors Bathrooms - full clean, garbage, floors Lobby - glass doors-fingerprints, etc., dusting, floors Front office - dust/wipe. garbage, floors Nurses station - wipe down, garbage, floors Hallways - floors, dust baseboards MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION PRIOR EXPERIENCE PREFERRED MUST BE DETAIL ORIENTED MUST PASS BACKGROUND CHECK (last 7 years) OPERATES AS 1099 Contractor - NO TAXES OR BENEFITS WITHHELD PAID LAST DAY OF EVERY MONTH
