Lost white lg phone

I do not know how, but according to Google Find Device, my phone ended up at the park next to the Sinclair and Police station. I had it on a table next to where I was sorting my tools, inside a gated property, at 4718 Ojai Rd. Only 2 other people have access, 1 was sleeping and the other showed up for a second and then left for a haircut. I have used that number for jobs, and unlocking my email and recovery for many other apps I dont have the money to replace, if you have any knowledge about this, please let me know. No question asked if you're the one who has this phone you know that Google anti theft cannot be bypassed so the phone is useless to you. Please just give it back
