AU Development is hiring remodeling guys to work on a per job bases. Must have remodeling experience and own transportation. Duties will include tiling, installing carpet, vinyl flooring, covering and prepping for painting, working off ladders cut in and rolling, repairing roof / install, siding, fencing, landscaping, etc. Pay start from $120 daily for EXPERIENCE, $100 for helpers, pay on Tuesdays. Full Time or Part Time Requirements: Have ID 3+ years Remodeling experience Be able to work with others and respecting one another is A+ Ability to cut straight lines when painting Be able to work off tall ladders Ability to move tall extension ladders Attention to detail and covering of surface underneath painting area Have reliable transportation to and from job site Know how to properly clean tools and equipment Show up on time.
