Landscaper - for Apartment Community!

Hello, We need a skilled Landscape Team to manage our Apartment Community. I am a licensed General Contractor that covers the community and now in need of a landscaper to trim/cut/clean/mow/check sprinkler heads and light tree trimming when under 10ft. It will require to you to visit the site once (1) per week. There is also seasonal flower color change that you can also charge for. *Must have mowers, sit-down or stand-up mowers and must also know full irrigation repairs and timers-- smart hard working crew that gets the job done! This is a perfect job for someone starting their Landscape company! I am accepting bids now (monthly price not important)! Call if interested. Ken
