I am just looking for someone that can show up and do some dry wall and paint. Dry wall needs to be finished and sanded in master bedroom (someone almost fell through so there's a patched spot). There's also drywall cracking above steps. Rooms - 900sf total - Living room/entry/ hallway - bathroom - 3 bedrooms - 1 exterior window trim Walls are Mindful Grey Trim and bathroom is pure white Work schedule - friday - Saturday - Monday Material on-site - compound - roll on texture - paint tray/liners - plastic - extra rollers - brushes - tape No bs please.
