Looking for a clean and responsible studio mate/workspace mate, beginning mid-July or August 1st of this year. My studio mate is moving to Montreal. The space is a large, open loft on Lena Street with a skylight, directly across from Iconik Coffee. I am a silversmith and realtor, and there will be some noise from my tools while I am working on jewelry. Otherwise, I will be working quietly at my desk. The rent is $800/month, which includes WiFi and utilities. The large textile table, shelves, and black sewing tables shown in the photos, are all going with my studio mate and freeing up space for you. Please text me or email if interested.
