Floor Care knowledge of procedures for different types of floor surfaces. Performing stripping, scrubbing, buffing, refinishing or sealing of different types of hard surfaced floors using appropriate equipment and chemicals. Cleaning carpets using approved methods and chemicals. Responsible for securing the working area, using appropriate safety barricades, and removing when duties are completed, and the area is safe for public use. Follow all safety and personnel rules and regulations. Responsible for evaluating customer floors and carpets frequency Responsible for all equipment in the company’s vehicles and trailers Making sure all equipment is clean and working properly Report any equipment or vehicle malfunctions Assisting in any pressure washing jobs and cleanups Requirements: At least three years of Floor Care experience Driver License with Good driving record Willing to undergo a background check, by local law/regulations
