We are a 20-year old fine foods distributor in need of a dynamic player for our quality driven team. We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented individual to pick/pack orders, load/unload delivery trucks, and backup our delivery drivers. This position is based in Vista, CA. Generally hours are Mon - Thu 10am – 6:30pm; Friday 8am-4:30pm. However, some early mornings may be required. Full-time compensation includes vacation, paid holidays, Health Insurance, and retirement IRA. We are seeking career oriented team members that want to learn and grow with a solid small company. Please review carefully the following responsibilities and requirements. Responsibilities include: - Follow established procedures to check, receive, and store products - Maintain system of FIFO; review rotate stock as necessary - Pick/pack orders - Conduct periodic cycle counts and physical inventory as required - Ensure monitoring of lot, batch, and sell by dates - Load delivery vehicles - Maintain/clean vehicles - Maintain clean, safe warehouse environment - Backup delivery driver, drive routes delivering to our customers Requirements for this position include the following: - Previous warehouse experience - Ability to comfortably lift 80 pounds - Forklift driving ability - Clean driving record Further, this is a smoker-free environment.
