Seeking a Recording/ Music Space

I am running my own portable recording business and am seeking a space where I can bring clients to record. It doesn't need to be a studio. But I am looking for a space that can handle a band with room for drums, and maybe even side rooms for isolation. I'm not looking for a monthly rental type space, but rather somewhere I can schedule in advance to have access to the space for clients, and to pay for each day of use. Preferably I would like somewhere on the East side. If you have a space that you would like to rent out, please email me with prices and info. Thanks
