Original hard rock band Against the Fold plays a brand of music that borders on metal and prog yet is very melody and hook-heavy with a strong emphasis on vocal harmony. We are looking for a drummer. While not strictly necessary, the ability to sing would be a nice bonus. Our influences include King’s X, Foo Fighters, System of a Down, Fates Warning, Tool, Soundgarden, Rush, Dream Theater, Alice in Chains, Metallica, Megadeth, Sabbath, Van Halen, Clutch, He Is Legend, Sevendust, Jimmie's Chicken Shack, etc.. We generally rehearse once a week and aim to perform live (when not in a pandemic) 1-2 times a month. We are looking for an equally mature (in attitude, not necessarily age) player who - while not hoping to make this their career - is nonetheless a skilled artist with a professional attitude.
