We are currently seeking a Maintenance Assistant at Tuscany at McCormick Ranch Senior Living Community Scottsdale AZ. We are offering a $1,000 Sign On Bonus with a pay range of $16-$17 an hour DOE. Work hours are Tuesday-Saturday 8am-4:30pm. The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for the care and upkeep of the interior and exterior of the community grounds following the guidelines, policies, and procedures of the community and as directed by the Director of Environmental Services, and/or other designee of the Executive Director. Also responsible for Janitorial duties including carpet cleaning and trash pick up.
