Rigid Core 5G Click Flooring Installation; 2400 sf

We need to install about 2400 square feet of Rigid Core SPC/LVT 5G Click flooring. We would rather pay an experienced installer directly rather than work through a company who also has overhead to cover like rent, taxes, utilities, etc. We do not have any of the necessary tools, like cutting devices or wall shims/spacers, so all of that would need to be provided by the installer. The installer needs to be familiar and experienced with 5G Insta-Loc (or Valinge) installation systems. It is the entire first floor of a one story house and, other than the work around the fireplace, should be pretty straightforward. There will be a stair to do also but we're still working out just exactly how we want to do that, so that will be something we can talk about at the time. This product already has the backing pad installed, so no underlayment is needed. We believe all the prep work is done, although a final sweeping and cleaning before hand is going to be needed. The floors are currently warehoused for us at pro source and so the installer would need the ability to pick it them up. We will also need to find someone to apply the final quarter round at the base boards, but that doesn't have to be the same person.
