Hi, I am looking to hire a person to work a few hrs some weeks doing hard weeding, mowing, digging, planting, etc. This is hard work. You need to be strong. No thieves or intoxicated people allowed and no smoking on the property. No show once and we are done. I am nice but I have dealt with a crazy amount of no-shows and people who seem to have severe mental illness. I am looking for a sane, nice, strong, hard working person who is actually ready to do hard work. I have learned through trial and error that many young people and people on this website looking for work do not have these qualities. Please don't waste my time and your time if you do not fit my description. Thank you, -Chris
