Looking for a highly motivated and skilled carpenter/general remodeler. Person must be willing to go into crawl spaces, attics, etc. with proper attire, (facemasks/overalls/etc. provided) anywhere needed to accomplish remodel updates. Need to know how to safely use almost every tool for all situations. Experience needed in many trades such as sheetrock/taping/texture, painting-hand and spray, tile, plumbing, minor electrical, replace windows, demo, replace cabinets, flooring, hang interior/exterior doors, insulation, framing, etc. Must be willing to learn what you don't know, HVAC, electrical, any other trades. Must be able to work on own without supervision. We remodel homes, buy and sell. Please call and be prepared to give experience and references
