Colonial Square Cooperative is a large Multifamily Apartment Community located at 7031 Culver Lane located in Okolona is currently seeking a Full-time Experienced Maintnenace Technician /Groundskeeper. Equal Opportunity Employer (Property has never been sold). $16.75 - $17.00 per hour • Great Benefits: (Paid Holidays, Paid Health Insurance and 401K Plan with 3% employer match.) • Experience in plumbing, electrical, painting, cleaning, heating and air conditioning, appliance repair, etc. • Empty all trash containers on a regular basis. Grounds maintenance done every morning. • Having your own tools would be helpful. • Complete work order requests and record and sign what was completed on the work order paperwork. • Perform preventative maintenance plan as developed by Property Manager • Complete apartment unit turns set by Property Manager • Treat the residents and other staff members with respect and courtesy. • Communicate with the Property Manager for determination of whether repairs are normal wear and tear or responsibility of the member. • Able to work well with minimal supervision.
