I'm a 41 year old bearded quiet guy looking to group apply to rent a house with just 2 other people. A total of 3 adults living in a large house, each with their own bathroom. $1350 rent is approximate, it might be more or less, depending on how we decide to divide things and total house rental cost. I'm also interested in smaller, less expensive houses with just two total people sharing the house. I want the household to have: No Cannabis No Smoking or Vaping No illegal drug use and Minimal Guests If this sounds good, please message me some information about yourself and we can view a house at 5pm or later during the week or possibly on the weekend. When we meet and view a house we can decide if this works for us and apply. If that house doesn't work out, perhaps we can pursue a different similar house in the near future. Cities i'm interested in living are : Danville, San Ramon, Dublin, Pleasanton, Sunol, Fremont, Livermore and Castro Valley FYI, the house pictured is currently for rent in Castro Valley.
