Job Description:
Our Service Technicians are experts in diagnosing and repairing fitness equipment. Our technicians work very independently by going out into customer homes and/or fitness facilities for service.
If you are mechanically inclined and like to work independently, you will really enjoy this position!
• Diagnose problems and repair malfunctioning exercise equipment in customers home or at fitness facility.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
• Prepare and follow through with paperwork related to billing for work.
• Complete all timecards to ensure accuracy for payroll purposes.
• Assist key personnel to resolve any problem areas.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with all company employees. This includes "inter" and "intra" departmental employees. Also included are all customers, contractors, owners, etc.
• Keeps the Service Manager informed as to all pertinent factors affecting the assigned responsibilities.
• Aptitude for problem solving
• Good communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Clean background check and drug screening
• Performs any other related or unrelated, unassigned, unspecified, unusual or special duty the Service Manager may assign from time to time.
Requirements:
Education:
• High school degree or equivalent required
Experience:
• 2+ years of mechanical, service industry experience
Other Requirements:
• Ability to team lift up to 150 pounds at times during the workday.
• Must be able to lift over 50 lbs. regularly
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
