Maintain grounds of a private residence. Responsibilities include: -Mowing lawn using tractor and z mower. -Trimming and edging around walks, flower beds and walls. -Pulling weeds and dead flowers, trimming shrubs, raking and pruning as needed. -Clean and maintain equipment utilized in grounds keeping. -Sweep or power wash walkways -Pick up trash or debris -Wash Vehicles -Additional tasks as needed. This is a long term position, full time or part time. Hardworking male or female that is dependable, punctual, polite and friendly. Must be able to work independently Need to be able to work outdoors in all seasons Hours: Tuesday - Saturday 8 am to 4:30 pm (Some flexibility) Compensation based on ability Also, looking for a summer helper and/or part-time worker. For everybody's health and safety we are a drug-free work place. Must have valid driver's license.
