Rehoming my cat Simba

This is hard to do but I'm looking for a good home for my cat Simba. I've had him since he was a kitten and he's 8yrs old now but still runs and plays like he's 2. Very well behaved! He's very friendly and is never aggressive. All he wants is food and to be loved lol. He also loves going outside but always comes back shortly and is also trained to use the litter box. I've never had any problems with him, but a family member is moving in and has bad allergies. I will gladly send more pics and videos if you are interested.
