Position: Internet Sales Specialist Minimum Salary: $15.00 per hour Executive Personal Computers (EPC) is a global leader in the IT asset disposition service. We offer managed logistics, data security, responsible electronic recycling, and remarketing. EPC has an opportunity at the Bethlehem, PA facility for an Internet Sales Specialist: Role Description: • Assist in re-marketing and minor repairs of PCs, Notebooks, LCDs, printers, and other computer equipment • Prepare computer equipment for sale • Use internal software (Everest and Iinvision) and Sixbits software to list equipment online • Communicate with customers through e-mail, telephone, and in-person Requirements: Education • High school diploma or equivalent Experience • Familiar with selling on online marketplaces, including Ebay • Working knowledge of computer equipment and its value • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel • Typing skills of at least 40 words per minute • Excellent written communication skills Personal Skills • Ability to work well with others • Must be able to work well independently and as part of a team • Must be productive and able to multitask • Must be an outgoing, energetic, self-starter who shows initiative and has an above average work ethic • Must be creative with marketing and an extremely fast learner Physical • Ability to frequently lift items weighing 30 to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation Previous employment in a computer-related field, sales experience, A+ certification, and a degree in Electronics or IT field are preferred but not required for this position.
