Full time Monday-Friday* 8am-5pm* (Lunch 12pm-1pm) * May/July 31st & June/August 1st WILL be hours beyond schedule & are required. Must be able to do yard keeping- including but not limited to weed eating, mowing, blowing, trimming hedges, and turning flowerbeds. As well as trash collection and debris removal. Heavy lifting and unsanitary work is sometimes expected. Janitorial duties are also required. Cleaning vacant units/properties will be necessary. Maintenance experience is a plus. Daily tasks will vary based on experience, season, and what needs accomplished. Must have VALID driver's license & pass criminal background check. MUST BE at least 18 years of age. Pay begins $12 and can be negotiated after performance evaluation and proven experience. Pay schedule is weekly.
