Construction Cleaning Contractor Needed* Address: Wood Street Lofts- Piqua 428 Wood Street, Piqua, OH 45356 Three story 52 unit small residential facility for low income housing. We have a mix on one, two and three bedroom units as well as a Management Office, Community Room and two public restrooms in the building. Our concept of your scope would include three passes through each residential unit or public space… the first pass would be to rough clean the units so that Subs can complete their won “completion lists”, the second clean would be a “final clean” to get the units ready for the Owner/Architect’s Punch List preparation and the last clean we call a “powder puff clean” which is done after all the punch list work is done and just before turnover to the Owner. $8000.00 Please give us a call if you are interested.
