Altessa Apartments and Tuscany Apartments are two premiere apartment communities in Las Vegas, with designs, construction, and management teams that have earned a reputation for providing a high-quality lifestyle for their residents. We currently have an opening in our Maintenance Department as a Detail Technician. This is a floating position between the two properties. Position Requirements: Responsibilities will include but are not limited to • Maintain the overall appearance of the community • Maintain the cleanliness of all common areas and amenities • Policing the grounds and parking areas • Minor maintenance such as changing light bulbs and painting • Assist maintenance staff upon request • Pre-employment background check and drug testing required. • Working weekends will be mandatory.
