Job Responsibilities Disassemble damaged and broken equipment, then reassemble pieces after repair work has been successfully completed. Assist the Lead Technician in mobilizing to and from the job site. Receive deliveries of tools, equipment and supplies and transfer them to work stations or other areas as dictated by management. Hold or hand off tools, equipment and parts to workers who are actively working on maintenance or repairs. Diagnose pool equipment issues and work with Lead Technicians in determining and pricing the appropriate repair. Preparing pools for the summer season which includes: power washing, installing pool-side equipment, de-winterizing mechanical equipment, and assembling other related equipment. Some heavier supervised construction including: concrete sawing, hand digging, underground pipe repair, moving dirt and gravel, and pouring concrete. Receive work orders and determine what parts, equipment and services are needed to perform necessary maintenance and repair work. Job Skills & Qualifications Required: High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift up to 60 pounds without assistance Valid Driver’s license with no DUI history Preferred: Prior experience working in general maintenance, plumbing or HVAC Job Types: Full-time, Temporary Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour COVID-19 considerations: Unfortunately this position is mainly carried out on-site at our client locations so remote work is not an option. We do provide PPE and encourage everyone to get vaccinated.
