I am in need of a small dog or puppy that I could give all of my time to, love him or her, provide them with the care they need, and great loving home. I live with my parents. I am on a very limited income.I and don't have much money. Dogs make excellent companions and are family. I don't have anyway of picking up the dog and don't know anyone that drives.
