I am an semi-retired engineer looking for two persons to go in together to rent a building (1000 sq.ft.) to do their own thing. This would basically be a wood / metal fab shop. I would need a corner to do product development, and use the shop to develop new products. Each would have 1/3 responsibility for the rent. $1000.00 max a month. div by 3 = 333.00/ month each.
