*** Hot Shot Expediting is looking for owner operators - expeditors - couriers, with their own Tractor-Trailer, Box Truck, Sprinter Van, or Cargo Van. Local, regional, and long-distance deliveries available. We're receiving more freight opportunities than we can handle, so we're looking for qualified drivers to start immediately. *** Hot Shot Expediting is a proud provider of logistics services throughout Chicago, IL and the U.S.; including same day, next day, and dedicated deliveries, warehousing, distribution, airport services, and more. *** We have many same-day, next-day, and dedicated freight shipments available. We're looking for SAFE AND RELIABLE DRIVERS who understand the importance of communicating and being on-time. About us: - FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS. Hot Shot Expediting is a family owned and operated company based out of Addison, IL. We maintain a very high driver retention rate. - NO CONFUSING PERCENTAGES RATES. We offer highly competitive compensation for each delivery based on loaded miles, and we're upfront about payment amounts. No percentages or guess-work. You'll know what a load will pay each time you're offered an opportunity and will receive rate confirmation. Most freight is no-touch. Occasionally, detention or handling may be required, and will be discussed and compensated accordingly. - NO FORCED DISPATCH. We don't reprimand in any way for not being able to accept a delivery. - NO EXCLUSIVE CONTRACT REQUIRED. Contact us when you're available and we'll get you rolling quickly. We don't lock drivers into exclusivity contracts. - GET PAID WEEKLY. Don't wait 30 to 45+ days to get paid. We pay within 15 days or less, paid each week. - FLEXIBILITY.
