Small business looking for a full-time carpenter- both framing and trim carpentry experience required, preferably with many other skills including general home repairs, including drywall, painting, siding, brick, concrete, etc. We need who is not above general labor, including keeping a job site clean, and can excel in communication skills as well.
This could be a several year position for the right person. Housing may also be available.
Pay and hours negotiable, preferably hiring a 1099 contractor. Applicants MUST reply with their pay expectations and their availability details to get a response.
