Need painter to paint the interior of a rental home. Owner will provide the paint, crew must have there own tool, drop clothes, and brushes. Must clean up before final payment is paid.
All walls will be painted one color
Baseboard and door will be painted white gloss
Ceiling painted white flat
Job must be completed in 7 days some started.
