I’m a bluesy / funk / rock / improv oriented guitarist looking for collaborators who want to make some good mostly original music. I’m pretty open to lots of styles, and influences include 70s funk, Tedeschi Trucks, AC/DC, GnR, Phish, Jerry Garcia, Medeski Martin and Wood, Scofield, etc etc. I’m flexible in terms of playing different styles of music but tend to gravitate towards extended jams with lots of space and interaction. For my part I try to sprinkle in some tasty riffs here and there that fit with what other people are playing. I’m fine with playing covers but tend to prefer adapting them vs insisting on replicating them note for note. My goal is to make good music with like-minded people, and not take it too seriously, I have a day job and I’m not trying to make a career out of this. Let me know if you’re interested.
