Elevated Temporary Services is looking for exceptional individuals that wish to work/excel in Colorado’s marijuana industry. Experience is a plus but a motivated individual willing to learn will also do well! Requirements: A strong work ethic, honesty and integrity, a MED Badge, and a personality that does well with detail-oriented tasks along with the willingness and an ability to travel for 4-5 days at a time. If you need your badge Elevated can walk you thru the application process. You should probably like (or at least appreciate) the Grateful Dead and understand old school family values. What Elevated does: We are a full service very adept gardening service that provides skilled and efficient employees to established legal cultivation sites! We pride ourselves in being able to walk into a cultivation site and complete any (and all) tasks assigned to us. Tasking by clients often include hand trimming (wet or dry), machine assisted trimming followed by hand trimmed clean up, fresh frozen harvests, garden work, defoliation of live plants, cloning, transplanting and garden cleaning. Essentially we have the ability to do everything from seed/clone to harvest. What Elevated offers: Competitive wages with a raise at 6 months and an evaluation for raise and promotion every 6 months, a chance to work alongside some of the best folks in the industry, job flexibility (you can choose to work 1 week of the month, 2 weeks, 3 weeks or 4 weeks – up to you), onsite job training and introduction to the industry standards, rules and protocols guided by an extremely experienced team who will mentor you along the way. Elevated provides transportation to and from jobsites and asks the applicant/employee to minimally use his/her vehicle (we pick individuals up on route to the jobsite at a designated rendezvous site. This work requires that you plan to work full time at least one week at a time as we work for a customer for 5 days straight and stay in the customer’s location and do not return home until the 5 days are completed. No weekend work and holidays off! Lodging will be provided. Elevated works for some of the absolute best cultivators in the industry throughout the state. This means that travel is a must. Palisade, Grand Junction, Delta, Montrose, Gunnison, Crested Butte, Summit County, Salida, Moffat and the foothills of the Front Range (Evergreen, Conifer, Bailey).
