She knew what she wanted to do, and what she was doing was illegal. Storming the capital as a member of a mob whose sole purpose was to prevent the VP from certifying the vote, and destroying government property is not what an unarmed, red blooded American citizen should do with her time. She made a critical mistake. Murder is defined as the unlawful premeditated killing of one human being by another. I doubt there was any premeditation in this case.
