Duties will include but not limited to: (all commercial properties) -Able to work on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems -Power wash, Paint, Sheetrock, light construction projects -Able to be mindful of costs and budgets to work with outside vendors on larger projects -Able to drive to 5 different properties within the week (Katy, Houston, and Southbelt) -Work on preventive maintenance schedule as well as ability to handle occasional on-call emergencies -Responsible, Self-Starter, Reliable, and able to juggle multiple locations of work -Resourceful; able to figure things out on your own. Learn from mistakes and move forward. -Organized with paper trail and documentations Candidates must have their own tools, a valid driver license and their own reliable transportation.
