Architectural Tile & Stone is looking to add a warehouse person to our team. We have been in business in Austin for 21 years, we import stone slabs, and sell tile. The responsibilities include but are not limited to: -Assist with customer service (talk to delivery drivers) and warehouse needs -Maintain and use forklift and overhead cranes -Assists with unloading containers -Participates in Inventory checks -Coordinate deliveries (samples, orders, consumables for the team), and help distribute them to the appropriate people. -Move slabs with crane for sales, shop, or customers (after training) -Move boxes and pallets of tile for sales or customers. -Drive dump trailer to unload it at the dump and/or deliver (or pick up) slabs using our vehicles and equipment. -Coordinate with the shop's needs to move slabs and carts. Multi-tasking. Requirements: -Must be able to lift 50lbs -Must have a valid drivers license and legal to work in the US. -English required, spanish a plus -Shipping and recieving knowledge. -High School Degree -Multi-tasking, sometimes on-demand (unanticipated) requests.
