Hazel Briar Apartments in Bloomington AND Treece Meadows in Lafayette are seeking contractors to complete interior apartment/duplex renovations to include cabinet install, kitchen backsplash, minor plumbing, minor electrical, and drywall repair/paint. Full scope of work available upon request. Must have own tools. We will provide materials. Contract work. Must have Liability and WC (or Waiver). Indianapolis based company, Renewing Management.
