This position provides a unique opportunity for those looking to combine general labor with their customer service talents.* What We Offer - Drivers - Must be 21+, Valid Driver License with a clean driving record, Starting pay is $14-$16 per hour (starting wage depending on experience) - Movers - Must be 18+ due to interstate travel requirements, Starting Pay $12-$14 per hour (starting wage depending on experience) - $500 Hiring Bonus for new Drivers/Movers after 90-days of employment - Terms and conditions apply - Health, Dental, Vision Insurance - Weekly tips average $300-$500 - Paid training - Opportunity for advancement Job Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack and unpack customer belongings Greet customer upon arriving at the specified location and complete a walk-through of the premises Communicate professionally in English, both verbally and in writing; comfortably interface with customer Assist with truck inspections and moving equipment inventory Responsible for accurately completing paperwork and payment collection Experience in the fields of general labor, landscaping, construction, transportation, production, manufacturing, factory, assembly or warehouse helpful Job Requirements Because moving is stressful, we seek candidates with a commitment to customer service and an appreciation for variety in your job! High school diploma or equivalent Excellent customer service skills Professional attitude and demeanor Experience in the fields of general labor, landscaping, construction, non-CDL transportation, production, manufacturing, factory, assembly or warehouse helpful Strong logic and mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division using whole numbers and decimals. Ability to perform these operations using units of dollars, weight measurement, volume, distance and time) Stamina to lift heavy items (100 lbs or more) repeatedly while climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, walking, etc. Good hand-eye coordination Valid driver's license and good driving record Job Type: Full-time Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour COVID-19 considerations: When requested we ask that our movers wear masks for customers indoors when social distancing is not possible.
