I paid a deposit with paypal. i was given excsuee after excuse as to why he couldnt meet. Drove all the way to Morristown on Sunday and was never able to pick up the dog. He told me he would refund my money and has now stopped replying to my text. The name on the paypal was Billy Underhill. The phone number was a knoxville number. I have now been contacted by another person and his story is the exact same as mine. Anyone else scammed by these people?
