I have a wide range of jobs or tasks available at this property and others right now. The requirements and pay increase at corresponding rates. Jobs pay hourly and depending on the duration of the work agreed upon you will be paid the last day of the week in which you physically work, or when the job is completed if less than 1 week or completed on the weekend. *Drywall installation / plaster repair. *Painting / texturing *Demo /site cleanup *Roofing and siding installation or repair *Concrete small pours *Finish / Rough basic carpentry *Basic knowledge of grading, compacting, placing rebar and wire tiying all together, to required pitch/slope and or ability to set up, stake out and form in prior to concrete being poured. ***Common F'ing sence is 100 critical to be alpwed on any jobsote if its observed by myself or anyone else who works for me, that common sence is not possessed... i will immediately pay ypu for the time you have put in thus far and your troubles then ask that you leave the site for good.
