Duties and Responsibilities of the Utility and Assembly Manager: • Inspect garments after they have been pressed to ensure our quality standards have been met. • Send garments that do not meet our standards back to pressers and communicate what needs to be fixed. • Prep items that meet our quality standards for assembly. • Bag and tag finished items to the assembly conveyor. • Review finished orders for accuracy to ensure no mistakes were made during the assembly process. • Sort finished orders to the correct racks to be delivered back to the customers. • Hang and organize invoice. Must be able to read and alphabatize. • Replace buttons. • Assist the Plant Manager where needed. Position Requirements: • This position requires a high level of attention to detail and ability to focus. • Ability to work on your feet for the duration of the shift. • Ability to communicate well and maintain a professional work environment. • Team player mentality. Willingness to aid other team members. • This position is in a hot and noisy environment. Job Type: Part-time Schedule: • Monday to Friday 8am until the work is finished each day, approximately between 1:30 – 4pm. • Must have dependable transportation.
