Boone Creek is a hard driving country band, based in the northwest suburban Chicagoland area in search of the right male lead vocalist to front the band. Preferred candidate should be familiar with modern country while capable of performing some vintage classics and be a competent rhythm/acoustic guitarist. Ability to sing lead and 3-part harmony is a must. Auditions are on-going until the right person is found. Respond to this ad ASAP to set up an audition date. Summer festival/holiday gigs are booked so the ability to get up to speed quick is paramount. Current band line up is lead vocal/ backing vocals, 2 electric guitarists, keys, fiddle, bass and drums made up of veteran musicians with pro ability, attitudes and commitment. Pro gear includes sound system with in ears/wireless and stage lighting. We also have a dedicated, secure rehearsal spot located in Spring Grove Il.
