Hap's Barbecue is a small family owned restaurant located on the border of Phoenix/Tempe. We are looking for a fun, customer-centric, enthusiastic person to join our small team of hard working and dedicated employees. Your duties will include running the front counter by taking orders on the POS, answering phone calls, and running the Uber eats platform, expediting food to the customers, and back of the house side work to include: cupping sauces and sides. The job will entail closing the business at 7pm on weeknights and 4pm on Saturdays. The closing duties include sweeping and mopping the front dining room, wiping tables, counters, and bathrooms. Our ideal candidate would be someone that is looking for part-time work to compliment their already full time job or school schedule. The hours are Wed., Thurs., and Fri., evenings from 5 to 7:30pm and Saturdays from 10:00am to 4:30pm approximately. (15 hrs per week) This job pays $13 per hour + tips. Typical tips range from $15 to $80 per shift per person.
