IMMEDIATE HIRE – FULL TIME – MONDAY-FRIDAY -- BONUS PROGRAM FOREMAN DUTIES: • Delegating tasks to crew members and overseeing the use of tools and equipment. • Recruiting and training new crew members. • Assessing progress and making recommendations. • Ensuring all crew members obey health and safety regulations at all times. • Completing landscape construction as directed by the Project Manager, including but not limited to pavers, irrigation, lighting and planting, etc. Bilingual a plus, not required. Valid AZ Driver's License required. LABORERS DUTIES Perform duties as directed by crew foreman such as digging trenches, spreading rock, planting Bilingual a plus, not required.
