Siamese cats to good home

I’m rehoming my two male Siamese cats. They have medical issues that I can’t afford to take care of. One has an ear infection and possibly Inflammatory bowel issues. The other has a problem with his elbow that makes it hard for him to get around comfortably. Both neutered. Can anyone give them a good home and take care of them?
