Santa Rita Landscaping is looking for an SAFETY / FLEET MANAGER to add to our Great Team! The primary purpose of the Safety/Fleet Manager at Santa Rita Landscaping is to oversee all aspects of Fleet and Safety Management. RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE - General Fleet Management of Company trucks and tractors, including diagnosis and light repair & maintenance - Coordinate with outside Servicing Mechanics for lager repairs and issues - Maintain accountability for clean interior and exterior of Company Vehicles - Keep Fleet in compliance with Safety and D.O.T. requirements - Track repair costs & be proactive in reducing cost - Secure and close Company Yard nightly - Maintain Company–Wide emphasis on Safety Culture - Administer weekly Safety meetings and foremen Safety tests - Guiding staff to work within proper procedures for operational excellence and to maximize Safety At least 3 years of experience of Fleet Management and a valid driver’s license is required.
