Livestock guardian mix dog running loose east end of Burgess Rd. Have seen this dog before. Owner needs to keep this dog on his own property. Will shoot him/her if necessary. Don't respond to tell me I should not do it. It is the law if it is bothering animals. Owner of this dog needs to be responsible.
